About Us

Owner’s Michael & Dayna Rich have been working in the service industry for over 40 years.  Michael started his career at “Restaurant des CHAMPS” in Woodburn, Oregon. Dayna started her career at her   family owned business “Bowman’s Resort” in Welches Oregon.  Michael then attained a job in the kitchen at “Bowman’s Resort” where he met Dayna.  The Rich team was born when they along with Dayna’s family purchased two Thriftway stores in Sandy and Gresham. In 1981 they were asked to join the team at Silver Falls Conference Center as Head Chef and Manger. They held that contract for 34 years.

On March 10, 2014 (3/10) they were informed they were unsuccessful at obtaining the contract for the Silver Falls Conference Center.  After much prayer and discussion with family & friends, Michael and Dayna were led to meet with Elaine DeGeorge, owner of Silverton Inn and Suites. With just one day and a leap of faith they were able to secure a contract for the existing empty restaurant.

In the following days while meeting at the restaurant Dayna looked up at the address and asked Michael if he had noticed what the street address was, he stated he had not and she replied it was 310 N. Water. That same afternoon a dear friend called to say they had a scripture for the two of them to read, Isaiah 3:10.  After all of those “310” references they understood that God was telling them something.  They decided to name the restaurant “310 Water” so they could share the story of how God used something awful that was   happening to them to create somethingwonderful.

Our Team

  • Dayna Rich
    Co-Owner

While my husband and partner manages the kitchen, I take pride in the front of the house, ensuring that service is maintained at a high level.

  • Michael Rich
    Co-Owner & Executive Chef

I've spent my entire life in kitchens, starting at the age of 17, and it's just where I want to be. I love to bring an American touch to European dishes, but I won't shy away from some of my favorites either, such as biscuits and gravy, Reuben sandwiches or house-made desserts.

  • Dianne Rose-Mitchell
    Chef

I have worked and lived in Oregon my whole life, and have a passion for creating new recipes, breads and desserts. Come to the 3 Ten and let us tantalize your taste buds!

  • Gordon Pitts
    Chef

I have been a chef for 30 years, starting with 15 years in the National Guard. My career includes The Riverside Restaurant and The River's Edge in Southern Oregon where I was Executive Chef. My passion comes out in my baking; I invite you to stop in to 3 Ten and try one of my decadent desserts.

  • Samih Sadaka
    Mixologist

I started working the restaurant industry in 1987. I enjoy bartending to the extreme, have bartended for 5-star night clubs, restaurants and taverns, with my most recent position a four-year run at the Oregon Garden Fireside Lounge. If you are up for great experience and amazing drinks , come see me at 3 Ten Water!

  • Nicole Lichty
    Server

As a mom of teenagers with crazy schedules, working in this wonderful town that I love and grew up in is a perfect fit. Providing great customer service that leaves my customers smiling means a job well done. Stop in for a great meal and I bet you leave with a smile.

Best food in Silverton!

And best service by far. If the wife and I don't wanna cook it's my first choice for dinner that is gonna get anywhere near my wife's cooking.

This was a lovely experience in quaint Silverton.

I was dining alone but was still welcomed warmly. The service was impeccable.

I'll be going back regularly

My wife has been here a couple times and raves about it. The deserts were amazing and so were the mixed drinks.
